Resolved Question: Why do "cougars" prefer young men to the exclusion of men their own age...?

The prolific author, hero of the house has pointed out on multiple occasions that cougars, the moniker assigned to women over forty who are attracted to younger men, seem to prefer young men with childish facies (faces) & bodies. These types of men (boys, really) that they go for are the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber or Ashton Kutcher, the young man that Demi Moore went after. The Time article referenced below seems to explain why women of this age group are so sexually active, but what makes them so inclined to pursue very young men like Justin Bieber?
